We measure your space, check ground stability, and design a layout. This ensures the patio shape and stone selection fit your yard then, we are going to excavate between 6 and 8 inches deep compacted to have a foundation good for long-term.
We remove the topsoil, install a geotextile layer if necessary, and add 3” to 4” compacted gravel. This base makes the foundation more solid and prevents subsidence.
We are going to fill over the road base 1 inch of sand or crusher dust. We're going to make it on level and straight with a slope of 1%. This is an Art Work
After this is going to be the Installation time. Now it will depend on the design the owner choose. Modular, standard linear or natural pattern. Installation means also cut with our cut saw, and dirty work but amazing and precise.
Installation done, now we are going to solidify each side of the outline of our work and add a concrete border or use the snap edge around the patio. Both do the same thing.
This part done, now we’re going to fill all paving joint with polymer. The polymeric sand. It’s a kind of sand specifically using for this work. It will avoid the weed to grow between the joints.
Furthermore, it’s really important every pavers area needs to be dry before to apply.
After to add all polymer over the paver, we compact last time over the work to be sure all joints are fill properly. Then now we're going to spray all the surface with water on mist mode 2time before the work is done.
Job almost done. Now it's time to clean, add some grass beside the work if necessary clean and Work Done !
